Environmental Policy

Leisure Sinks, Rangemaster and Northland Corporation are both business units of AGA Consumer Products Limited, which in turn is a member of the AGA Rangemaster Group plc.

Rangemaster employs approximately 900 personnel across it’s sites in the UK and Northland Corporation employs approximately 150 at it’s site in the USA; Rangemaster designs, develops, manufactures, imports and exports whilst distributing kitchen appliances and associated products from its sites in Leamington Spa and Long Eaton, UK.   Northland Corporation designs, develops, manufactures, imports and exports whilst distributing refrigeration / freezer appliances and associated products from its site located in Greenville, Michigan, USA.

AGA Rangemaster Group Head Office employs approximately 38 personnel and controls the running of the AGA Rangemaster Group plc
  • The Chief Executive Officer has day-to-day responsibility for the AGA Rangemaster Group environmental issues and has delegated the Business Excellence Manager to ensure this policy is implemented.
  • The Managing Director has the day-to-day responsibility for Rangemaster environmental issues and has delegated the Business Excellence Manager to ensure this policy is implemented.
  • The Senior Vice-President of Operations has day-to-day responsibility for Northland Corporation and has delegated the Business Excellence Manager to ensure this policy is implemented.
  • The Business Excellence Manager supplies the Group Environmental Co-ordinator a report each year on the AGA Rangemaster Group CO2 emissions and water usage.
  • The Managing Director of Rangemaster will review this policy annually, and whenever the AGA Rangemaster Group Environmental Policy is amended.
  • It is the policy of Rangemaster, Northland Corporation and AGA Rangemaster Group HO to comply with the statements issued by the AGA Rangemaster Group plc.
Leisure Sinks, Rangemaster and Northland Corporation Commitments:
  • Maintaining an effective and dynamic Environmental Management System in accordance with the requirements of ISO 14001:2004.
  • Continually developing and maintaining processes and products that minimise, our impact upon the Environment.
  • Preventing and minimising waste and pollution as far as is reasonably practicable.
  • Developing an energy reduction strategy for the efficient use of energy.
  • Sharing and communicating environmental policies, knowledge and awareness with employees, customers, suppliers and other interested parties as appropriate.
